Senior Account Executive

Leading Colorado-based provider of comprehensive business management software and solutions is expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive as an addition to staff.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of sales strategies between Clear Technology and prospective customers of target industries.  The Senior Account Executive has accountability for achievement of sales targets for defined territory and/or markets.

Specific responsibilities will include generating prospects to ensure steady growth of sales opportunities, working with Pre-Sales and Professional Services staff, assist in organization, resourcing and on-time delivery of sales proposals, plan and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations, establish and implement sales strategies for each phase of sales cycle for each customer, and effectively manage overall account strategy.

Sales Engineer/Business Solution Consultant

Provide support to the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle, including account qualification, identification of account specific business drivers and technical solutions, presentation and demonstration of solutions, defining and driving the financial benefit opportunity and proposal writing (RFI and RFP) and review.

Coordinate all non-sales resources required at different stages within the sales lifecycle. Ensure maximum reuse of technical sales assets.  This position proactively visits and communicates with customers and prospects to understand their changing business requirements and to promote Tranzax™ products and solutions.

Technical Support Engineer

Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine software functional specifications while identifying and resolving technical issues for internal and external customers.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.  J2EE (experienced user).  JBoss and WebSphere (experienced user).  Win 2000, 2003, XP Linux and AIX.   Experienced DB2 user.

QA Engineer

Develop automated test assets and conduct manual and automated product testing.

Requirements:  Demonstrated expertise in design, development and execution of automated software tests.  Demonstrated expertise troubleshooting complex, distributed software applications.  Minimum of 2 years experience using Java (either programming product features or writing test scripts).  Minimum of 1 year experience using IBM Rational Robot, and IBM Rational Functional Tester.  Basic project management skills. 

 

Software Engineer (J2EE)

The Software Engineer will be a hands-on J2EE developer on the Tranzax Platform Engineering Team. Depending on project needs, the Software Engineer may be asked to act as a team lead. 

The primary purpose of the software engineer is to analyze and correct software issues with the production software and to design, develop and unit test new components of our enterprise-level application software.

Requirements:  B.S. in Computer Science, or Engineering or other technical field with strong CS emphasis.  At least 3 years hands-on software development of large enterprise class applications, platform products a plus.  At least 2 years OO experience over multiple systems/applications; at least 2 of thoseusing all J2EE technologies in a hands-on fashion. Seasoned practioner of RUP or other iterative development methodology; skilled in UML. Familiar with Sun Java Blueprints, and GOF patterns.  Hands-on experience with WebSphere (preferred), WebLogic or JBoss.

Development DBA

Provide database development support to application development teams.  Monitors, tunes, diagnoses, resolves problems with the databases and their performance. Establishes standards and procedures.

Requirements:  Database design/architecture; 5+ years with SQL Server/relational and object-oriented database.  Results oriented and excellent communication skills with a good track record working in a team environment with other highly talented software professionals.

Business Analyst/Consultant

Document, configure and system test existing customer business processes and requirements into a Clear Technology's software solutions.  Work closely with customer, expert users, and end users, and assist project team in completing project tasks.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in technical field (Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science).   Minimum 2 years working for a business software vendor or consulting organization, implementing enterprise applications as a programmer/technical analyst, with responsibilities for cerating customer solutions in a team environment.
