We are so confident that Clear Subrogation™ can improve your recovery percentage up to 50% risk free, we will run our Identification and Scoring module FREE for 30 days to prove it.
Clear Subrogation™ – Identification and Scoring Module
Clear Subrogation’s Identification and Scoring module evaluates open and/or closed claims to identify missed subrogation opportunities and assigns a score to each claim based on the probability of recovery. These scores can then be utilized to assign resources and take the most effective steps to subrogate a claim.
Valuable Information you can use to improve recoveries immediately.
Be one of the first 5 companies to sign up for our FREE trial and you will receive a report that identifies new subrogation opportunities, opportunities that may have been overlooked, the probability of collecting on each case, and which cases to avoid because they have a low probability of recovery.
What do we need to get started?
To get started, we need two things:
- Claims File - A file of all claims from 2006 that includes which claims were referred to subrogation, along with the result (including those that were worked with $0 recovery).
- Up to Date Claims File - A daily or weekly file that includes all claims since the beginning of the free trial. Example: At the beginning of the trial, the initial file would include all claims closed in the last seven days. The subsequent daily or weekly file will contain all claims from the start of the free trial through the present day. This will include both updates to claims previously sent and ‘new’ claims.
What will Clear deliver for FREE?
- A comprehensive report at the end of the trial period that includes the following:
- List of Claims that were identified by Clear as subrogation opportunities and the probability of recovery score assigned to each claim.
- A comparison of your claims that were referred to subrogation and the opportunities discovered by Clear Technology’s Identification and Scoring module.
- Explanations of why Clear’s Identification and Scoring Module identified a claim and how the probability score was derived.
What information must be in the Updated Claims File?
Up to Date Claims File - A daily or weekly file that includes all claims since the beginning of the free trial. Example: At the beginning of the trial, the initial file would include all claims closed in the last seven days. The subsequent daily or weekly file will contain all claims from the start of the free trial through the present day. This will include both updates to claims previously sent and ‘new’ claims.
This information helps keep Clear’s Identification and Scoring Module in-synch with your organization’s activity during the trial period and provides you real operational data that can be used immediately to assign new claims or determine which claims to pursue.
What format must the files be in?
All files need to be provided in an electronic format within 30 days of signing the Trial Agreement. The electronic format could be an excel spreadsheet, an export from your current reporting tools or claims system.
What happens at the end of trial period?
At the end of the Trial Period, customers may choose to continue to utilize Clear Subrogation’s Identification and Scoring Module for a monthly flat fee.
Or
You may choose to discontinue the use of Clear Technology’s Identification and Scoring Module and keep the comprehensive report for your use.
