Clear Technology, Inc. Appoints Veteran Technology Executive as SVP of Professional Services

WESTMINSTER, Colo. - November 8, 2006 — Clear Technology, a global software provider to the insurance industry, today announced the appointment of Louis D'Alessandro to the position of senior vice president of professional services. In this role Mr. D'Alessandro will be responsible for managing Clear Technology's client relationships and the successful deployment of Clear's suite of productivity products to insurance customers.

"Louis D'Alessandro is a seasoned technology executive who has managed relationships with some of the world's foremost companies. His addition to Clear Technology's management team will prove invaluable as we launch new product offerings in the coming year to an ever widening global customer base," said President and Chief Executive Officer of Clear Technology, Brian Cohen.

Mr. D'Alessandro is a technology industry veteran whose career spans 26 years at a variety of prominent companies. Most recently, he served as vice president of global technical services for Financial Fusion Corporation, the leading software vendor for global 100 banks and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sybase Corporation. Before that, Mr. D'Alessandro served as general manager of the financial services line of business for Tanning Technology Corporation where he was responsible for successful project delivery for E*TRADE, Ameritrade, CIBC, ING-Baring and other leading financial services entities. Prior to Tanning, he served as vice president of technology for Fidelity Investments.

Mr. D'Alessandro attended City University of New York where he received a bachelor's degree in computer science in 1984 and a master's degree in computer science in 1986.
