Clear Technology Enhances Executive Team with Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer
Veteran Financial Executive, Gail Pierce, to Help Drive Company's Growth Strategy
WESTMINSTER, Colo.— Jan. 30, 2007— Clear Technology, Inc., a global software provider to the insurance industry, today announced that Gail Pierce has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her new position, Pierce will report directly to Brian Cohen, CEO and President of Clear Technology, and will be responsible for the strategic direction, operation and management of the company's financial resources.
With over three decades of solid business and financial management experience, Pierce most recently served as CFO of Newmerix Corp., a Colorado based software developer. Earlier in her career, she held senior financial management positions with The Dante Group and Client Systems, LLC and was also co-founder and CFO with Collaboratek.
"Gail brings a wealth of experience and is a great addition to our executive team," said Brian Cohen, CEO and President of Clear Technology.
