Information We Collect
Voluntary Information. You provide us with Information when you register on the site, when you contact us via email, and/or when you submit other on-line documents. The Information typically requested, includes, but is not limited to, your name, company name, address and contact information, as well as Information regarding the products or services in which you or your company may be interested. Your submission of Information in an on-line document or email constitutes your consent to the use of the Information for the purpose for which it was provided (for example, to respond to your inquiry), as described in the Privacy Policy in effect at the time submission, and for additional purposes that are identified in connection with such collection of Information. Clear Technology occasionally uses alphanumeric identifiers ("cookies") which would be transferred to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our system to recognize your browser when you return to this web site and to monitor traffic patterns. How We Use And Share Information

Clear Technology does not currently sell customer Information to third parties for use in marketing third party products, however, unless you provide notice to us at the email address set out below, Clear Technology may do so in the future.

Your submission of the Information constitutes your consent to such transfer of your Information.
This site does not target children and our requests for information are not directed to children. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. If registration or other information provided through our site reveals that the visitor is a child, we will not allow the child to continue to provide personal information and any information provided to that point will be deleted from our records.

Additional Information
Clear Technology takes reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing Information stored at Clear Technology. Despite such efforts, hackers may wrongfully gain access to transmissions or to stored data. Clear Technology is not liable for damages caused by any such wrongful access.
